Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Inzta application or website. By using Inzta, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Inzta. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Inzta application for your own personal or professional purposes. You may not:
Inzta offers three plans:
Upscale credits reset on the first day of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused upscale credits. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@inzta.app within 14 days.
You may not use Inzta to capture, reproduce, or distribute:
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Inzta at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify subscribers by email before making changes that materially affect paid features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inzta is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Inzta after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
