Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data Inzta collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

1. Who collects your data

Inzta is operated by Sogard Entertainment ("we", "us", "our"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@inzta.app.

2. What data we collect

Free plan (Inzta Snapper)

The free plan operates entirely on your local machine. We collect no personal data and transmit nothing to our servers.

Paid plans (AI-Snapper, AI-Ultra)

When you use AI upscaling, the following happens:

• The screenshot you captured is sent securely (HTTPS) to our processing server.
• It is upscaled and returned to your device.
• It is immediately deleted from our servers.
• We do not store, train on, analyze, or share your screenshots.

Account data

If you create an account, we store:

• Your email address (or the unique identifier provided by your OAuth provider)
• Your subscription plan and billing status (via our payment processor)
• Monthly upscale usage count

3. Third-party services

We may use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google / Apple OAuth — optional sign-in. Your credentials are never stored by us.

4. Data storage and security

Any account data we store is held on encrypted servers in the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR (and similar laws), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

6. Cookies

The Inzta desktop app does not use cookies. The inzta.app website may use a minimal session cookie for authentication on the account page. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

7. Children

Inzta is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at inzta.app/privacy. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
